- تدوین دستورالعمل‌ها و روش‌های آزمایش محصولات بر اساس الزامات ملی و بین‌المللی برای عملکرد واحدهای ذی‌نفع اعم از کیفیت و تولید.
- نظارت بر اجرای الزامات، اصول و استانداردهای قانونی و نظارتی در انجام فرآیندها در واحدهای ذینفع. محیط آزمایشگاه.
- نگهداری تجهیزات آزمایشگاهی و اطمینان از کالیبراسیون دوره ای و pm آنها برای اطمینان از صحت نتایج و داده های استخراج شده از آزمایشات.
- تجزیه و تحلیل گزارش ها و داده های مربوط به نتایج آزمون و نظارت بر بررسی انحراف نتایج آزمون برای رعایت دستورالعمل های مربوطه.

- تعریف پروژه های تحقیقاتی در آزمایشگاه و واگذاری آنها به همکاران زیرمجموعه و پیگیری جهت اطمینان از اجرا و پیشرفت پروژه ها.

• Compilation of guidelines and test methods of products according to national and international requirements for the operation of the beneficiary units, including quality and production.
• Supervising the implementation of legal and regulatory requirements, principles, and standards in carrying out processes in the laboratory environment.
• Maintaining laboratory equipment and ensuring their periodic calibration and PM to ensure the accuracy of the results and data extracted from the experiments.
• Analyzing reports and data related to the test results and supervising the review of the test results deviation to comply with the relevant guidelines.
• Implementing and supervising the activities related to the monitoring of measurement systems (MSAs) to ensure the accuracy of the test results.
• Carrying out specific activities, including coordination and follow-up, for the issuance or renewal of legal and regulatory certificates.
• Checking the test results of the final product to confirm or reject the quality and standard of the final products.
• Defining research projects in the laboratory, assigning them to subordinate colleagues, and following up to ensure the implementation and progress of the projects.
