نقش شما در تیم شامل موارد زیر است:
- انجام کلیه امور مربوط به خرید از مرحله شناسایی، کشف و اخذ قیمت، مقایسه قیمت، سفارش‌گذاری و هماهنگی‌های مربوطه تا تحویل و کنترل.
- ایجاد هماهنگی در مورد کلیه امور مربوط به معاملات خارجی شرکت و پیگیری جهت انجام به موقع آن‌ها.
- دریافت و کنترل اسناد حمل و مالی (واریزی/پرداختی) مربوط به سفارشات خارجی.
- ارائه دستور لازم جهت رفع نواقص پروفرم‌ها و تهیه و تنظیم کلیه مدارک و پروفرم‌ها جهت انجام مراحل و تشریفات قانونی.
نیازمندی‌های این شغل شامل موارد زیر است:
- مسلط به تدوین استراتژی‌های بازرگانی و اجرای آن جهت دستیابی به اهداف سازمان.
- آشنایی با سامانه‌های مرتبط با امور بازرگانی ازجمله سامانه جامع تجارت، سامانه جامع امور گمرکی و بانکی و ارزی.
- تسلط کامل به نقل و انتقالات مالی و ضمانت‌نامه‌های بین‌المللی.
- تسلط کامل به حمل‌ونقل بین‌المللی و محاسبه بهای تمام شده در همه روش‌های حمل.
- سابقه انجام حوالجات ارزی و آشنایی کامل با امور بانکی.
- زبان انگلیسی پیشرفته.
- حداقل پنج سال سابقه کار در گروه شغلی مشابه.
- سابقه کار در صنعت تجارت/بازرگانی.
- سابقه کار مدیریتی.
- مسلط به قوانین واردات و ترخیص کالا.
- قدرت تحلیل در بازار.
- متعهد، منظم و پایبند به اصول رفتار سازمانی.
- روحیه کار تیمی و ارائه گزارشات مدیریتی.

Your role in the team includes the following: Trade, the comprehensive system of customs, banking and foreign exchange
Complete mastery of financial transfers and international guarantees
Complete mastery of international transportation and cost calculation in all modes of transportation
A history of foreign exchange remittances and complete familiarity with banking affairs
Carrying out all matters related to purchasing from the stage of identification, discovering and obtaining prices, comparing prices, placing orders and related arrangements to delivery and control
Establishing coordination regarding all matters Related to the company's foreign transactions and follow-up to complete them on time
Receive and control the shipping and financial documents (deposit/payment) related to foreign orders
Provide the necessary order to correct the deficiencies of the proformas and prepare and set up all the documents and proformas for completion Legal procedures and formalities
Mastering the formulation of business strategies and its implementation to achieve the goals of the organization
The requirements of this job include the following:
English language Advanced
At least 5 years of work experience in a similar job group
Work experience in the trade / business industry
Management work experience
Proficient in import and clearance laws
Power of analysis in the market
Committed , orderly and adhering to the principles of organizational behavior
having the spirit of team work and presenting management reports
