ماموریت:
-بهینه سازی کارایی و اثربخشی عملیاتی شرکت با طراحی، پیاده سازی، و حفظ یک مدل عملیاتی قوی که با اهداف استراتژیک همسو باشد، همکاری را تقویت کند و رشد پایدار را پیش ببرد.
نقش ها و مسئولیت ها:< br>- استفاده از داده ها و تجزیه و تحلیل برای اطلاع رسانی در تصمیم گیری، بهبود مستمر مدل عملیاتی شرکت بر اساس بینش و معیارهای عملکرد.
- نظارت بر طراحی، اجرا و بهبود مستمر فرآیندهای اصلی کسب و کار، اطمینان از همسویی آنها. با اهداف استراتژیک شرکت
-مدیریت طراحی و اجرای طرح های سطح بالا برای نحوه عملکرد شرکت برای دستیابی به اهداف استراتژیک.
- مدیریت توسعه چارچوب ها، فرآیندها و روش ها برای همسوسازی افراد، فناوری و منابع؛ در حالی که تیم مدل عملیاتی و روش‌ها را رهبری می‌کند.
-توسعه و اجرای رویه‌های عملیاتی استاندارد (SOPS) در تمام واحدهای تجاری، تضمین ثبات، کارایی و مقیاس‌پذیری
-برای اطمینان از اینکه مدل عملیاتی سطح بالا شرکت است. کارآمد، موثر و قابل انطباق با تغییر.
- همکاری با آن و تیم های دیجیتال برای شناسایی فرصت ها برای خودکارسازی فرآیندها، کاهش تلاش های دستی و افزایش دقت
- برای شناسایی و رفع شکاف ها یا ناکارآمدی ها در مدل عملیاتی شرکت و فرآیندهای تجاری، پیشنهاد بهبود و ابتکارات پیشرو برای افزایش کارایی و اثربخشی کلی
- برای مدیریت توسعه و اجرای مدل های عملیاتی و/یا فرآیندهای شرکت.
- برای نظارت بر عملکرد مدل عملیاتی شرکت و ارائه گزارش تجزیه و تحلیل جامع به مدیر کل استراتژی و تحول.
-برای مدیریت شناسایی و پیاده سازی بهترین شیوه ها در طراحی و پیاده سازی مدل عملیاتی.
-برای اطمینان از اینکه مدل عملیاتی شرکت به خوبی با ذینفعان ارتباط برقرار کرده است.
- رهبری مدیریت پروژه و مدیریت تغییر برای نصب و اجرای تغییرات در مدل عملیاتی شرکت.
-بررسی مدل‌های تجاری جدید شرکت و جریان‌های ارزش تجاری مرتبط و اطمینان از همسویی سیستم‌ها، روش‌ها و ساختارها برای اجرای موفق در همکاری نزدیک با hr
- همکاری با سایر بخش ها برای اطمینان از موثر و کارآمد بودن مدل عملیاتی شرکت.
تحصیلات:
-لیسانس بازرگانی (مهندسی صنایع، بازاریابی، ارتباطات) , امور مالی، اقتصاد) یا مرتبط
-مبا یا فوق لیسانس مزیت دارد
- مسلط به زبان انگلیسی
تجربه:
-سابقه مدیر 5 سال یا بیشتر; با حداقل 3 سال در بخش/صنعت مرتبط با توجه به نقش مرتبط
-تجربه کار در یک شرکت چند ملیتی (درک بازارهای نوظهور سودمند)
-کار در فرهنگ ها و جغرافیاهای مختلف

Mission:
- To optimize the company's operational efficiency and effectiveness by designing, implementing, and maintaining a robust operating model that aligns with strategic goals, fosters collaboration, and drives sustainable growth.
Responsibilities:
- To use data and analysis to inform decision-making, continuously improving the operating model of company based on insights and performance metrics.
- To oversee the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of core business processes, ensuring they align with the company’s strategic objectives
- To manage the design and implementation of the high-level blueprint for how the company should operate to achieve its strategic goals.
- To manage the development of frameworks, processes, and methods to align people, technology, and resources; while leading the Operating Model and Methods team.
- To develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all business units, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and scalability
- To ensure that the company's high-level operating model is efficient, effective, and adaptable to change.
- To collaborate with IT and digital teams to identify opportunities for automating processes, reducing manual efforts, and increasing accuracy
- To identify and address gaps or inefficiencies in the company's operating model and business processes, recommending improvements and leading initiatives to enhance overall operational efficiency and effectiveness
- To manage the development and implementation of company's operating models and/or processes.
- To monitor the performance of the company's operating model and provide comprehensive analysis reports to strategy and transformation general manager.
- To manage best practices identification and implementation in the operating model design and implementation.
- To ensure that the company's operating model has been communicated well with stakeholders.
- To lead project management and change management for onboarding and implementing changes in the Operating Model of the company.
- To investigate the company’s new Business Models and relevant business value streams and ensure alignment of systems, methods, and structures for successful implementation in a close collaboration with HR
- To collaborate with other departments to ensure that the company's operating model is effective and efficient.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Economics) or related fields; a Master's degree or an MBA degree is advantageous.
- Fluent in English.
- Manager track record of 5 years or more; with at least 3 years in relevant sector/ industry as per relevant role.
- Experience working in a multinational enterprise (understanding emerging markets is advantageous).
- Worked across diverse cultures and geographies.
