• مشارکت در ایجاد هماهنگی بین سطوح مختلف شرکت.
• مشارکت در تدوین و مستندسازی کلیه دستورالعمل‌ها، روش‌ها و رویه‌های سازمانی.
• مشارکت در تهیه گزارش‌های تحلیلی ادواری از عملکرد حوزه‌های مختلف شرکت.

شرایط احراز:

آشنایی با حداقل دو مورد از موارد ذیل:

1. آشنا با مدلسازی و طراحی فرم برای فرآیندهای کسب‌وکار و استاندارد BPMN2.
2. آشنا با شناسایی و طراحی فرایندها.
3. آشنا با مستندسازی و نگارش روش‌ها و دستورالعمل‌های کاری.
4. آشنایی با مدیریت ریسک.
5. آشنایی با ایزو 9001.
6. آشنایی با کنترل پروژه.
7. آشنایی با تهیه استراتژی.

شایستگی‌های فردی:

• مهارت برقراری ارتباطات موثر.
• علاقه‌مند به یادگیری و فعالیت در این حوزه.
• خلاق و ایده‌پرداز.
• صبور، منظم و مسئولیت‌پذیر.
• توانایی پیگیری و استقامت در حصول نتیجه.

شرایط احراز:

• مدرک تحصیلی در رشته‌های مهندسی صنایع یا مدیریت صنعتی.
• داشتن سابقه کار در گروه شغلی مشابه مزیت محسوب می‌شود.
