وظایف و مسئولیت‌ها:
- تماس با درخواست‌های ثبت شده و توضیح ویژگی‌های محصول.
- پیگیری مشتریان تایید صلاحیت شده در واتساپ تا مرحله ثبت محصولات.
- پاسخگویی به سوالات مشتریان و راهنمایی آن‌ها.
- ثبت اطلاعات مشتریان و انجام امور پشتیبانی مشتری.
- شرکت در جلسات هفتگی و گزارش‌دهی.
- تلاش برای رسیدن به تارگت‌ها و KPIهای تعریف‌شده.
- ایده‌پردازی جهت بهبود فرآیند فروش.

شایستگی‌ها و توانمندی‌های مورد نیاز:

- روحیه کار تیمی قوی.
- مسلط به ورد و اکسل.

تجربه کاری و شرایط کار:

In the Tarb sales team for Mixin products, we are looking for regular, accurate and persistent teammates with strong communication skills who can accompany customers in entering the world of online sales.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Calling registered requests and explaining product features
Following qualified customers on WhatsApp until the stage of product registration
Answering customers' questions and guiding them
Registering customer information and Carrying out customer support tasks
Participating in weekly meetings and reporting
Striving to reach defined targets and KPIs
Giving ideas to improve the sales process
Competencies and capabilities Required:
Familiarity with sales techniques and solutions
Sufficient knowledge of the basic concepts of internet sales
Ability to interact and communicate effectively
Strong teamwork spirit
Proficiency in Word and Excel Familiarity with e-commerce (payment portal, E-Namada, etc.), online store building platforms, website construction and design is an advantage. Work experience and working conditions:
