ما دنبال یک مدیر فروش با تجربه و پرانرژی برای توسعه بازار محصولات لبنی در استان کرمانشاه هستیم. فرد مورد نظر مسئولیت افزایش سهم بازار، ایجاد روابط قوی با مشتریان و نمایندگان فروش و اجرای استراتژی‌های فروش را بر عهده خواهد داشت.

شرح وظایف:

• تدوین و اجرای برنامه‌های فروش برای استان کرمانشاه.
• توسعه شبکه فروش و ایجاد روابط قوی با مشتریان کلیدی.
• تحلیل بازار و شناسایی فرصت‌های جدید فروش.
• مدیریت تیم فروش و آموزش نمایندگان فروش.
• ارائه گزارشات فروش به مدیر فروش و مدیرعامل.
• پیاده‌سازی کمپین‌های تبلیغاتی و بازاریابی.

شرایط احراز:

• حداقل ده سال سابقه کار موفق در فروش محصولات لبنی.
• مسلط به اصول فروش، مذاکره و بازاریابی.
• توانایی تحلیل داده‌ها و ارائه گزارش.
• مهارت‌های ارتباطی قوی.
• توانایی کار در محیط پویا و تحت فشار.
• روحیه رقابت‌پذیری بالا.
• خلاقیت.

Qualification conditions:

* Work experience: at least 10 years of successful work experience in selling dairy products
