• طراحی سیستم انتخاب موثر و کارآمد.
• شناسایی مولفه‌های فرایند انتخاب.
• تعریف روش‌های سنجش موفقیت روش‌های انتخاب.
• تشریح مضامین انجام مصاحبه موثر.
• شناسایی عوامل غیرعملکردی در انتخاب.
• توصیف مولفه‌های فرم درخواست کار.
• برگزاری دوره‌های آشناسازی کارکنان جدید با سازمان.

شرایط احراز:

• مسلط به سیستم ATS
• توانایی اجرای انواع آزمون‌های هوش و شخصیت و توانایی‌های ذهنی.
• آشنا با انواع مصاحبه‌های رفتاری، موقعیتی و مبتنی بر شایستگی.
• مسلط به فرایندهای شناسایی، جذب، استخدام و تحلیل آزمون‌های استخدامی.
• مسلط به قانون کار و تامین اجتماعی.
• آشنا با فرایندهای جامعه‌پذیری.
