مدیر فروشگاه | Retail Operations Manager

مسئولیت‌ها:

• برنامه‌ریزی و مدیریت کلیه فعالیت‌های فروشگاه‌ها، از جمله نظارت بر عملیات روزانه و ارائه راهکارهای موثر برای بهبود عملکرد فروشگاه‌ها.
• کنترل و نظارت بر عملکرد پرسنل فروشگاه‌ها، ایجاد هماهنگی، انگیزه‌بخشی و ارتقاء کارایی تیم‌ها.
• دستیابی به اهداف فروش و اجرای استراتژی‌های موثر برای افزایش فروش و رضایت مشتریان.
• رعایت قوانین و مقررات تعیین‌شده و اطمینان از پیروی تیم‌ها از استانداردهای شرکت.
• تحلیل گزارشات فروش.
• ارائه ایده‌ها و برنامه‌های آموزشی برای توسعه مهارت‌های تیم‌های فروش.
• مدیریت موجودی و سفارش کالاها، بهبود فرآیندها و مدیریت هزینه‌ها برای اطمینان از بهره‌وری.

شرایط و ویژگی‌های مورد نیاز:

• حداقل پنج سال سابقه کار در حوزه مدیریت فروشگاه‌ها یا رهبری تیم‌های فروش در سطح مشابه.
• تجربه کاری مرتبط در مدیریت فروشگاه‌ها و توانایی مدیریت و راهبری پرسنل فروشگاه و پاسخگویی به همکاران.
• مهارت‌ رهبری و همکاری با تیم فروش، ارتباطات و توانایی حل مسئله.
• توانایی برنامه‌ریزی و اجرای استراتژی‌های بازاریابی و فروش.
• اخلاق‌مدار و مسئولیت‌پذیر، خلاق، انعطاف‌پذیر و مهارت در تصمیم‌گیری‌های سریع و مؤثر.

Responsibilities:

Planning and managing all store activities, including monitoring daily operations and providing effective solutions to improve store performance. Parting and improving the efficiency of the teams
Achieving sales goals and implementing effective strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction
Complying with established rules and regulations and ensuring that teams follow company standards
Analyzing sales reports
Providing ideas and training programs to develop the skills of sales teams
Inventory and order management, process improvement and cost management to ensure productivity


Requirements and features :


At least 5 years of work experience in the field of store management or leading sales teams at a similar level
Relevant work experience in store management and the ability to manage and lead store personnel and respond to colleagues< br>Leadership skills and collaboration with the sales team, communication and problem solving ability
Ability to plan and implement marketing and sales strategies
Ethical and responsible, creative, flexible and skillful in quick and effective decision making
