شرح وظایف:
- شناسایی و تدوین نیازها و انتظارات ذی‌نفعان سیستم مدیریت کیفیت و الزامات مرتبط با آن‌ها و بازنگری نیازها و انتظارات.
- شناسایی و ارزیابی ریسک و فرصت‌های فرآیندی و تعیین اقدامات پیشگیرانه در جهت کاهش ریسک.
- تعیین علل ریشه‌ای و اقدامات اصلاحی و پیشگیرانه.
- اقدام جهت رفع مغایرت‌های ممیزی و بهبود فرآیند و رفع عدم انطباق در فرآیند.
- تهیه و تحلیل و بررسی گزارش دوره‌ای از شاخص‌های فرآیندی.
- طرح‌ریزی سیستم مدیریت کیفیت و ترسیم نقشه فرآیندهای سیستم کیفیت.
- تدوین نظامنامه کیفیت، روش‌ها و دستورالعمل و شناسنامه فرآیندی با مشارکت مدیران واحدها.
- توزیع نسخ و اشتراک‌گذاری مدارک سیستمی و مدارک فنی و به‌روزرسانی بانک مدارک.
- پیگیری اقدامات پانچ لیست صورتجلسات و تصمیمات اتخاذ شده در صورتجلسات مدیرعامل.
- پیگیری زمانبندی و پیشرفت پروژه‌های جدید از مدیران پروژه.
- مشارکت در تعیین شاخص‌های فرایندی و تعیین حدود پذیرش و هدف.
- نظارت بر حسن اجرای فرایندهای طرح‌ریزی شده و تهیه گزارشات دوره‌ای شاخص‌های تضمین کیفیت.
- بررسی درخواست تغییرات سیستمی از متقاضیان و بررسی و اعمال و کنترل تغییرات.
- تهیه چک لیست ممیزی داخلی بر اساس الزامات استاندارد مرجع.
- ابلاغ برنامه ممیزی به واحدها و اجرای ممیزی.
- بررسی شکایات مشتریان و حضور در تیم CFT.
شرایط احراز:
- حداقل مدرک کارشناسی در رشته‌های مهندسی صنایع، مدیریت صنعتی یا علوم پایه.
- مسلط به مایکروسافت آفیس و بانک‌های اطلاعاتی.
- مسلط به روش‌های پایش و اندازه‌گیری شاخص‌ها و اهداف واحد.
- توانایی در تدوین دستورالعمل‌ها و روش‌های اجرایی فرآیند.
- توانایی در تعریف شاخص‌های اثربخشی و کارآیی فرآیند KPI.
- مسلط به الزامات استانداردهای سیستم مدیریت کیفیت.
- مسلط به فنون آماری و تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها.
- مسلط به ممیزی داخلی سیستم کیفیت و گزارش‌دهی.
- مسلط به نرم‌افزار Minitab.
- مسلط به نرم‌افزار MS Project و کنترل پروژه.
- توانایی اجرا و پیاده‌سازی متد BSC.

*Task Description:
