Responsibilities:
- Registration and issuance of financial and accounting documents.
- Preparing and sending the statement of transactions under Article 169 and declaration of added value and salary tax
- Follow-up of notifications in the tax and insurance system
- Archiving of documents and daily accounting
- Follow-up of the annual seal of the offices
>- checking and reconciling accounts
Abilities:
- mastering the registration of accounting documents and reviewing and controlling documents according to the company process
- supporting the chief accountant/financial manager and other team members Financial
- Reconciling and correcting accounts
- Reviewing and handling invoices in the required time frames
- Managing and handling petty cash transactions
- Credit control and following up on claims collection

Qualifications:
