شرح شغل:

• مدیریت و نظارت بر پرداخت‌ها شامل بررسی مستمر لیست درخواست‌های پرداخت، تامین نقدینگی و زمان‌بندی پرداخت و حصول اطمینان از صحت اسناد حسابداری.
• حصول اطمینان از قابلیت اتکای سرفصل‌های خزانه‌ای در تراز آزمایشی.
• مدیریت کلیه اسناد تضمین پیمانکاران، کارفرمایان و پرسنل شامل تطبیق دوره‌ای اسناد صندوق با دفاتر شرکت و تصمیم‌گیری در خصوص صدور اسناد مغایرت.
• ارائه گزارش‌های خزانه شامل گزارش روزانه بانک‌ها و صندوق، چک‌های بلند مدت خزانه و درخواست تامین نقدینگی و زمانبندی آن‌ها، گزارش پیش‌بینی نقدینگی مورد نیاز کوتاه مدت.
• مدیریت و نظارت بر فرآیند ماهانه بستن حساب‌های خزانه شامل شمارش صندوق‌ها و بررسی گزارش‌های روزانه بانک‌ها جهت رفع مغایرات، تهیه چک لیست بستن حساب‌های خزانه.

شرایط احراز:

• مسلط به قوانین بانکی.
• مسلط به قوانین چک و پولشویی و شناخت انواع ارزها.
• مسلط به حسابداری و مالی.
• دانش اصول و استانداردهای حسابداری و قوانین مالیاتی.
• توانایی برنامه‌ریزی و سازماندهی.
• توانایی مدیریت استرس.
• توانایی مدیریت تعارضات.
• توانایی مدیریت زمان.
• توانایی مشتری‌مداری.
