شرح شغل:

• مدیریت و نظارت بر فعالیت‌های فروش آنلاین.
• هماهنگی با تیم‌های داخلی و خارجی برای بهبود روند فروش.
• تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌های فروش و تهیه گزارش‌های عملکرد.
• ارائه استراتژی‌های افزایش فروش و بهبود تجربه مشتری.
•  نظارت و بهینه‌سازی عملکرد در پلتفرم‌های فروش آنلاین مانند اسنپ.
• ارائه راهکارها برای بهبود نرخ تبدیل و جذب مشتری‌های جدید.

شرایط احراز:

• تجربه کار در فضای فروش آنلاین.
• آشنا با پلتفرم‌های فروش آنلاین، به ویژه اسنپ و مهارت در اکسل.
• توانایی تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها و ارائه گزارش.
• رویکرد استراتژیک و مهارت‌های ارتباطی قوی.

Sheila restaurant chain is looking for an experienced online sales supervisor to join its team in Tehran. The person in question focuses on the management and development of online sales and uses effective methods to improve the performance of sales platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Management and monitoring of online sales activities
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to improve sales process
- Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports
- Create and deliver strategies to increase sales and improve customer experience
- Monitor and optimize Building performance in online sales platforms such as SNAP
- Providing solutions to improve conversion rates and attracting new customers

Competencies:
- At least a bachelor's degree in management, commerce or business
- Experience Working in the online sales environment
- Familiar with online sales platforms, especially SNAP and Excel skills
- Ability to analyze data and present reports
- Strategic approach and strong communication skills
