مدیر کارخانه | Factory Manager

شرح شغل:

• نظارت و بهینه‌سازی فرایندهای کارخانه.
• تعیین شاخص‌هایی برای سنجش عملکردها و فرایندها و بررسی این شاخص‌ها.
• همکاری در برنامه ریزی کلان و تدوین استراتژی برای سازمان.
• پیگیری تأمین مواد اولیه و منابع مورد نیاز برای کارخانه.
• نظارت بر موجودی انبار و میزان ورودی‌ها و خروجی‌ها به خصوص در دوره‌های انبارگردانی.
• بررسی روند فعالیت سازمان و درصد تحقق اهداف تعیین شده.
•  پیدا کردن ریسک‌ها و مشکلات احتمالی و انجام اقدامات لازم برای پیشگیری یا حل آن‌ها.
• نظارت بر فضاسازی در کارخانه، تعیین جایگاه دستگاه‌های خطوط تولید و همکاری با کارکنان کارخانه برای استفاده حداکثری از فضایی که در اختیار دارند.
• برقراری ارتباط با پیمانکاران و سایر اشخاص مرتبط با کارخانه که به صورت غیرمستقیم با روند کار در ارتباط هستند.
• همکاری با بخش کنترل کیفیت برای افزایش بازدهی تولیدات و کاهش ضایعات تا حد امکان.
• ارائه پیشنهاد برای بهبود و توسعه محصولات و تولید محصولات جدید برای کارخانه.
• نظارت بر اجرای استانداردهای تدوین شده برای فرایندهای مختلف کارخانه.
