شرح شغل:
- بررسی و تدوین قراردادهای مرتبط با پروژه‌های نفت و گاز.
- همکاری با واحدهای فنی و مالی برای اطمینان از اجرای صحیح قراردادها.
- شناسایی و تجزیه‌وتحلیل مسائل قراردادی و پیشنهاد راه حل‌های مناسب.
- نظارت بر اجرای تعهدات قراردادی و پیگیری مشکلات بالقوه.
- ارائه مشاوره حقوقی به تیم‌های مختلف پروژه.
- آموزش و اطلاع‌رسانی به کارفرمایان و پیمانکاران در مورد قوانین و مقررات مرتبط.
- تهیه اسناد استعلام/مناقصه.
- برآورد کارهای موضوع مناقصه و اضافه کاری و کارهای جدید.
- رسیدگی به موارد ادعایی پیمانکاران.
شرایط احراز:
- مدرک تحصیلی در رشته مهندسی مکانیک.
- آشنایی با مسائل قراردادی و پروژه‌های صنعت نفت.
- شناخت مناسب از مسائل کارفرمایی و پیمانکاری.
- مسلط به فهرست بها و نرم‌افزارهای آفیس و متره و برآورد.
- آشنایی با بخشنامه‌های سازمان مدیریت و نفت.
- توانایی مکالمه و نگارش به زبان انگلیسی.
Oil Design and Construction Company (ODCC) is looking for a contract expert to join its team in Tehran. This company operates in oil and gas production, oil refining and petrochemical industries. The contract expert will be responsible for reviewing and managing various contracts, ensuring their compliance with laws, and working with teams to effectively implement projects.
Responsibilities: Oil and Gas
- Cooperating with technical and financial units to ensure the correct implementation of contracts
- Identifying and analyzing contractual issues and proposing appropriate solutions
- Monitoring the implementation of contractual obligations and following up on potential problems< br>- Providing legal advice to different project teams
- Training and informing employers and contractors about related laws and regulations
- Preparing inquiry/tender documents
- Estimating works subject to tender and overtime and New tasks
- Dealing with the claims of contractors
Qualifications:
- Degree in mechanical engineering
- Familiarity with contractual issues and projects of the oil industry
- Appropriate knowledge of employer issues and Contracting
- Proficient in the price list and Office software, meters and estimates
- Familiarity with the directives of the oil and management organization
- Ability to speak and write in English
