Responsibilities:
- Managing and following up communications with current customers
- Creating and maintaining positive relationships with Customers
- Follow up and solve customers' problems and requests effectively
- Use CRM software to improve the customer follow-up process
- Analyze customer data and provide reports to improve sales processes and after-sales services Sale
