• مسلط به قوانین بانک مرکزی در خصوص تخصیص ارز و پیگیری حضوری و پیوسته در وزارت‌خانه‌های دیربط، گمرک و بانک مرکزی.
• مسلط به امور بازرگانی مربوط به واحد حمل‌ونقل، اسناد حمل، ترخیص و امور گمرکی و مقررات صادرات و واردات انواع کالا.
• آشنا با سامانه جامع تجارت ایران و ثبت سفارشات و مرحله خرید ارز و ایجاد پروفرم و دریافت بیمه‌نامه و مصوبه و غیره تا مرحله تخصیص ارز.
• مسلط به پنجره واحد تجارت فرامرزی EPL ،TSC ،ECL، تهیه پکینگ و اینویس و اخذ گواهی بازرسی و ارائه مدارک به بانک.
• مسلط به فنون مذاکره جهت دریافت افر از شرکت‌های حمل و انجام فرایندهای حمل‌ونقل، ترانزیت داخلی و خارجی کالا، اسناد ترخیص و رفع تعهد ارزی.
• آشنا با سامانه یکپارچه کارت بازرگانی هوشمند و تمدید و صدور کارت بازرگانی و امور مربوط.
• مسلط به کلیه امور مربوط به تأمین ارزها (خرید ارز از سیستم بانکی و واردات در ازای صادرات).
• آشنایی با ترخیصیه و اسناد حمل.
• روابط عمومی قوی.
• روحیه کار تیمی.
• مسلط به مکاتبات و مکالمات زبان انگلیسی.
• سابقه کار در زمینه نفت، گاز و پتروشیمی مزیت محسوب می‌شود.
• حداکثر سن: 38 سال.

• اخذ مجوزهای لازم و پیگیری کمیسیون‌های تجدید نظر و اختلافات گمرکی.
• تنظیم اظهارنامه گمرکی در سیستم EPL و صورتحساب‌های مالی ترخیص هر محموله.
