• Management and evaluating the performance of employees through regular feedback.
4. Complying with labor laws and regulations (Compliance & Legal) • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and government regulations. • Management of documents and documents related to employees (such as contracts, insurance, and vacations). Creating human resource policies and procedures in accordance with local and international laws.
