شرکت تولیدی و صنعتی گاز سوزان به دنبال فردی با تجربه برای سمت رئیس آموزش است. شخص منتخب مسئول تدوین و اجرای برنامه‌های آموزشی و توسعه‌ای برای کارکنان خواهد بود تا اطمینان حاصل شود که تمامی پرسنل مهارت‌ها و دانش لازم برای انجام وظایف خود به بهترین نحو را دارا هستند.
شرح شغل:
- برنامه‌ریزی و اجرای برنامه‌های آموزشی برای کارکنان.
- ارزیابی نیازهای آموزشی و توسعه‌ای سازمان.
- توسعه و نظارت بر کیفیت محتوای آموزشی.
- همکاری با مدیران و سرپرستان برای شناسایی نیازهای آموزشی.
- اندازه‌گیری و ارزیابی اثربخشی برنامه‌های آموزشی.
- برقراری ارتباط موثر با تیم منابع انسانی و سایر واحدها.
شرایط احراز:
- مهارت عالی در فرآیندهای آموزشی.
- توانایی بالا در برنامه‌ریزی و سازماندهی.
- مهارت‌های ارتباطی و مدیریتی قوی.
- تجربه کاری مرتبط در زمینه آموزش و توسعه.
Sozan Gas Manufacturing and Industrial Company is looking for an experienced person for the position of head of training. The selected person will be responsible for developing and implementing training and development programs for employees to ensure that all personnel have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties in the best way.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and implementing training programs for employees
- Assessing the training and development needs of the organization
- Developing and monitoring the quality of training content
- Cooperating with managers and supervisors to identify training needs
- Measuring and evaluating the effectiveness of educational programs
- Communicating effectively with Human resources team and other units
Competencies:
- Degree in human resources management or related field
