شرح شغل:

• آماده‌سازی، ارزیابی و تجزیه‌وتحلیل سوابق حسابداری، صورت‌های مالی و سایر گزارش‌های مرتبط به منظور ارزیابی صحت، کفایت و انطباق آن‌ها با استانداردهای گزارش‌دهی و فرایندی.
• مشارکت در بستن به‌هنگام حساب‌های دوره‌ای (ماهانه، فصلی، سالانه) و اطمینان از صحت و دقت آن‌ها.
• تهیه گزارش‌های دوره‌ای به منظور مقایسه بودجه مصوب و هزینه کرد واقعی.
• مشارکت با سایر همکاران واحد مالی در جهت پشتیبانی از اهداف کلی سازمان و دستیابی به اهداف درون واحدی.
• نظارت و تجزیه‌وتحلیل روش‌های کار با هدف توسعه مؤثر و بهبود چگونگی پیشبرد دقیق‌تر امور.
• کنترل کلیه اسناد حسابداری تهیه شده در طول روز توسط کارشناسان واحد و کنترل تراکنش‌های بانکی و مالی و گزارش‌های مرتبط روزانه.
• سرپرستی و راهبری اعضای تیم و حفظ فضای کاری دوستانه و تعامل نزدیک با سایر همکاران واحد حسابداری.
• پاسخگویی مناسب و مؤثر به درخواست‌ها و نیازمندی‌های سایر واحدهای سازمان در حوزه حسابداری و مالی.
• شرکت در جلسات منعقد با مراجع قانونی مرتبط با موضوعات مالیات و بیمه تأمین اجتماعی.

شرایط احراز:

• مسلط به چگونگی ایجاد و حفظ ساختار، چهارچوب‌ها و روش‌های گزارش‌گیری مالی در حوزه‌های فروش، موجودی، خزانه‌داری، مالیات، بیمه، حسابرسی و گزارش‌دهی مالی.
• مسلط به چگونگی محاسبه و تهیه اظهارنامه‌های مالیاتی مطابق الزامات قانونی مربوطه.
• مسلط به اصول و روش‌های اجرای حسابرسی داخلی و خارجی.
• توانایی انجام امور حسابداری در حوزه‌های فروش، موجودی، خزانه‌داری، مالیات، بیمه، حسابرسی و گزارش‌دهی مالی.
• آشنایی کامل با استانداردها و مفاهیم حسابداری.
• مسلط به انواع روش‌های گزارش‌دهی مالی.
• توانایی انواع ممیزی‌ها و حسابرسی داخلی.
• آشنایی خوب با زبان انگلیسی.
• حداقل ده سال سابقه کاری مرتبط.
• مسلط به کاربری راهکاران و سپیدار.
• مسلط به نرم‌افزارهای عمومی آفیس به ویژه اکسل.
• مدرک کارشناسی یا کارشناسی ارشد در رشته حسابداری یا سایر رشته‌های مرتبط.

Job Description: Mastering how to create and maintain structure, frameworks and methods of financial reporting in the areas of sales, inventory, treasury, tax, insurance, auditing and financial reporting. Preparation, evaluation and Analyzing accounting records, financial statements and other related reports in order to evaluate their accuracy, adequacy and compliance with reporting and procedural standards. · Preparation of periodical reports in order to compare the approved budget and actual expenses
· Mastering how to calculate and prepare tax returns according to the relevant legal requirements
· Proficient in the principles and methods of implementing internal and external audit
· Cooperation with other colleagues of the financial unit in order to support the overall goals of the organization and achieve internal goals
· Monitoring and analyzing working methods with the aim of developing effective and improving how to proceed more accurately
· control of all accounting documents prepared during the day by unit experts and control of bank and financial transactions and daily related reports
· supervising and guiding team members and maintaining a friendly working environment and close interaction with other colleagues of the accounting unit
· Appropriate and effective response to the requests and requirements of other units of the organization in the field of accounting and finance
· Participating in meetings with legal authorities related to tax and insurance issues Social

Skills
· Ability to perform accounting tasks in the areas of sales, inventory, treasury, tax, insurance, auditing and financial reporting
· Complete familiarity with accounting standards and concepts
· Proficient in all types of financial reporting methods
· Ability to conduct various types of audits and internal audits
· Good knowledge of English
· At least 10 years of relevant work experience
· Proficient in the use of the Sedagan and Sepidar systems · Proficient in general office software, especially Excel
· Bachelor's/Master's degree in accounting or other related fields
