Responsibilities:
Analyzing and reviewing the sales process.
Evaluating the performance of marketing and sales campaigns with the aim of improving the conversion rate.
Providing suggestions to simplify the processes of attracting and converting customers.
Continuously monitoring the performance of tools and upgrading them if needed.
Providing regular reports on the status of the sales funnel to the management team.
Identifying key performance indicators. (KPIs) and evaluating their progress.
Using data-based methods to evaluate and improve the user experience in the sales process.
Collecting and managing customer data using different systems.
Analysis Data to identify trends, patterns and predict customer behavior.
Coordinating with marketing, sales, product and customer support teams.
Ensuring that sales strategies match customer and target market needs. Effective with internal stakeholders to ensure Success of projects.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
Practical experience in using CRM tools, data management systems and analysis platforms.
Ability Working with advanced tools for data analysis such as Excel (advanced functions), Python or R is an advantage.
Ability to communicate effectively and provide clear and practical reports.
Ability to interact with diverse teams and create coordination between Related teams.
Result oriented and has a strategic attitude to solve complex problems.
High accuracy and detail in analyzing data and presenting suggestions.
Interested in continuous learning and keeping knowledge up-to-date in the field of marketing.
