شرح شغل:

• متناسب نگهداشتن، سازوکارها، روش‌ها و فرایندهای مدیریت پروژه با نیازهای سازمان.
• نظام‌مندسازی تولید و گردش بهینه اطلاعات پروژه‌ها.
• مانیتورینگ، سنجش و تحلیل عملکرد پروژه‌ها.
• تولید گزارش‌های مدیریتی از مجموعه پروژه‌های شرکت و ارائه پیشنهادهای بهبود.
• متناسب نگهداشتن سطح دانش مدیریت پروژه در شرکت.

شرایط احراز:

• فارغ‌التحصیل رشته‌های مهندسی مکانیک، مهندسی شیمی، مهندسی برق، مهندسی عمران یا رشته‌های مدیریت صنعتی یا مدیریت صنعتی.
• آشنایی با پروژه‌های EPC و صنعت پیمانکاری.
• دانش کافی در خصوص مدیریت پروژه و PMO.
• روابط عمومی بالا (مسلط به مهارت‌های ارتباطی).
• روحیه پیگیری و کار تیمی.
• نتیجه‌گرا.
• منظم و متعهد.
• مسئولیت‌پذیری بالا.
• تفکر سیستمی و استراتژیک.

Description of PMO duties
Keeping project management mechanisms, methods and processes in line with the organization's needs
Systematizing the production and optimal circulation of project information
Monitoring, measuring and analyzing the performance of projects
Producing management reports from the company's projects and providing suggestions for improvement
Keeping the level of knowledge of project management in the company proportionate Electrical engineering, civil engineering or industrial management or industrial management fields
Familiarity with EPC projects and contracting industry
Sufficient knowledge about project management and PMO
High public relations (proficient in communication skills)
