مسئولیت‌ها:

• ثبت اسناد واریزی و برداشتی از حساب‌های بانکی.
• صدور و ثبت و چک کردن اسناد مربوط به دریافت و پرداخت‌ها.
• صدور، دریافت و بررسی انواع چک‌های درخواستی.
• ارسال چک‌های صادر شده به بانک.
• دریافت و ثبت اسناد دریافتی، پرداختنی و انتظامی.
• انجام کلیه امور چک و سامانه صیاد.
• پاسخگویی به تأمین‌کنندگان و همکاران جهت تحویل چک و اسناد تضمین.
• مغایرت‌گیری از کلیه حساب‌های بانکی و تهیه صورت مغایرت بانکی.
• ارائه گزارش مربوط به حساب‌ها و اسناد دریافتنی و مغایرت‌گیری‌ها.
• تهیه گزارش نقدینگی و تهیه جداول تسهیلات و کنترل آن.

Responsibilities:
Recording of deposit and withdrawal documents from bank accounts
Issuing and recording and checking documents related to receipt and payment
issuing, receiving and checking all kinds of requested checks
sending issued checks to the bank
receiving and registering received, payable and administrative documents
doing all checks and Syad system
responding to suppliers and colleagues to deliver checks and guarantee documents
discrepancies from all bank accounts and preparation of bank discrepancy statements
presenting reports related to accounts and documents receivable and discrepancies
Liquidity report and preparation of facility tables and its control

Requirements:
Mastery of treasury management systems
Mastery of accounting principles
Advanced mastery of Microsoft Excel
Understanding financial laws
