The customer relationship management expert at Khaneh Gelato is responsible for creating and maintaining strong relationships with customers and ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. This role involves using customer relationship management (CRM) systems to analyze data and improve the customer experience. The aforementioned expert will join the sales and after-sales service team to improve the performance of the customer interactions department.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and updating the customer database using the CRM system
- Development and implementing customer communication strategies to increase satisfaction and loyalty
- Analyzing customer data to identify patterns and opportunities for improvement
- Providing support to the sales and after-sales team to resolve customer issues
- Training teams on the use of systems CRM and related process improvement
- Prepare periodic reports on customer relationship performance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer and information technology or related field
- Work experience with customer relationship management systems (CRM)
- Ability to analyze customer data and extract useful insights
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage interpersonal relationships
- Ability to solve problems and think analytically
