• مسلط به کنترل و مدیریت مناقصات.
• مسلط به امور قراردادی و بندهای قراردادی.
• مسلط به نرم‌افزارهای مالی، انبار و فروش.
• مسلط به نرم‌افزارهای فرایند داخلی.
• مسلط به شرایط عمومی پیمان.
• مسلط به فهرست سازمان برنامه و بودجه.
• مسلط به آنالیز فهرست بها.
