Job Description:
Management of administrative correspondence, including preparation, organization, and response to letters, emails, and domestic and foreign correspondence.
Archiving and classifying company documents and records.
Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports for the CEO.
Managing office consumables and monitoring the needs of various units.
Responding to calls and referrals, including managing incoming calls and referrals.
Collaborating in planning and holding company events, meetings or seminars.
Coordinating meetings, setting the CEO's work calendar and planning.
Following up on the implementation of the CEO's decisions and providing performance reports.
Planning and managing the CEO's trips.

At least three years of relevant work experience in the fields of sales, commerce or executive management.
Fluent in speaking and writing in English.
Proficient in planning and time management to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in preparing and organizing performance reports for presentation to the CEO.
Proficient in organizing and following up on meetings, coordinating teams, and executive affairs.
Skilled in managing customer relationships and providing after-sales services.
Experience in preparing, reviewing, and following up on business contracts.
Ability to write professional and accurate business correspondence.
Skilled in conducting business negotiations and managing customer relationships on behalf of the CEO when needed.
Software skills:
Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and project management tools (such as Trello).
Familiarity with CRM.
