وظایف و مسئولیت‌ها:

• تدوین و اجرای استراتژی‌های کلان شرکت برای افزایش فروش و توسعه بازار.
• مدیریت و بهینه‌سازی شبکه پخش در سراسر کشور.
• هدایت تیم‌های فروش، بازاریابی و عملیات برای دستیابی به اهداف سازمان.
• بررسی و تحلیل گزارش‌های مالی و عملکردی جهت بهبود روند کسب‌وکار.
• برقراری و حفظ ارتباطات قوی با برندهای تأمین‌کننده و مشتریان کلیدی.
• توسعه و اجرای راهکارهای نوین.

شرایط احراز:

• حداقل 10 سال سابقه مدیریتی در صنعت پخش، به‌ویژه در حوزه آرایشی و بهداشتی.
• تجربه موفق در مدیریت فروش و توسعه شبکه پخش.
• آشنایی کامل با مدیریت زنجیره تأمین، لجستیک و توزیع.
• توانایی تحلیل بازار، تدوین استراتژی‌های فروش و توسعه کسب‌وکار.
• مهارت‌های قوی در مذاکره، مدیریت تیم و ارتباط با تامین‌کنندگان و مشتریان.
• آشنایی با بازاریابی دیجیتال و روش‌های نوین فروش.
• مدرک تحصیلی مرتبط (مدیریت، بازرگانی، مهندس صنایع، مدیریت اجرایی، اقتصاد یا رشته‌های مشابه).
