شرح شغل:

• ثبت اسناد فروش کالا و ارائه خدمت و برگشت فروش.
• ثبت پیش فاکتور.
• تبدیل پیش فاکتور به فاکتور.
• نگهداری کلیه اسناد فروش.
• ارسال فاکتورهای فروش به مشتریان.
• کنترل و نظارت بر جزئیات فاکتورهای فروش.
• هماهنگی با انبار.
• کنترل مطالبات مشتریان.
• کنترل تراز مشتریان.
• دریافت سفارش از مشتریان و ارتباط با مشتریان برای مشاوره و معرفی محصولات.
• تهیه لیست قیمت محصولات.

شرایط احراز:

• مدرک تحصیلی در رشته حسابداری با مهارت فروش عالی.
• وقت‌شناس و قابل اعتماد با مهارت ارتباطی خوب.
• مهارت‌های تحلیلی پویا.
• توانایی کار تیمی.

Convert proforma invoice to invoice
Maintain all sales documents
Send sales invoices to customers
Control and monitor details Sales invoices
coordination with warehouse
