مدیر فنی | Technical Manager

گروه صنعتی آرسی (فعال در زمینه فروش، تعمیرات، نصب دستگاه‌های کار با چوب)؛

عنوان شغل مورد نیاز: مدیر فنی واحد اورهال.

شرح شغل:

• مدیریت و سرپرستی واحد اورهال.
• طراحی و نقشه‌کشی قطعات موردنیاز(نظارت و اجرا).
• کارشناسی ماشین‌آلات ورودی سیستم جهت تنظیم MTO/BOM با رویکرد تعمیر.
• راهبری عملیات خط تولید و بازسازی بر اساس زمان‌بندی ارائه شده.
• نطارت صحیح بر QC نهایی و اتمام عملیات.
• مشارکت در پیاده‌سازی نظام QA طراحی شده واحد برنامه‌ریزی.
• نظارت بر شناسایی و ارزیابی نهایی تامین‌کنندگان و تنظیم پورتفوی خرید اقلام از تامین‌کنندگان منتخب.
• جلسات مشترک با واحد بازرگانی و مالی در جهت توسعه روابط درون سازمانی و چابکی عملیات (در پروژه‌های رشد و توسعه و بهینه‌سازی سیستم فعلی).
• همکاری از نزدیک با واحد تحقیق و توسعه و ارایه نیازمندی‌های فنی سیستم در قالب SM اجرا/ارجاع.
• مدیریت بهره‌ور عملیات بر اساس سیستم طراحی شده در دستیابی به ماکزیمم راندمان و بهره‌وری عملکرد در سه حوزه‌های فنی، زمان و هزینه.
• برگزاری جلسات مشترک با مدیرعامل سازمان مبتنی بر تنظیم سند چشم‌انداز رشد و توسعه واحد و راهبرد زیرساخت مورد نیاز.

شرایط همکاری:

• حقوق و دستمزد:‌ توافقی پس از مصاحبه.
• ساعت‌های کاری: از 8 صبح تا 5 عصر.

شرایط احراز:

• مدرک تحصیلی در رشته مهندسی مکانیک (گرایش‌های طراحی و کاربردی و یا ساخت و تولید) با روحیه و علاقه مدیریتی.
• حداقل ده سال سابقه کاری در حوزه مرتبط.
• پایان خدمت/معافیت دائمی.
• جنسیت مد نظر: خانم یا آقا. 
• ترجیحاً متاهل.
• محدوده سن: 35 تا 45 سال.
• محل سکونت متقاضی: ترجیحاً رشت و حومه.

• مسلط به مفاهیم مونتاژ و دمونتاژ قطعات و تجهیزات و تنظیمات مربوطه.
• شناخت و مهارت‌های لازم کار با ابزار تعمیرات.
• شناخت قطعات و تجهیزات و عملکرد دستگاه‌های کار با چوب.
• دانش و مهارت نسبی در حوزه برق صنعتی، PLC، فرآیندهای ساخت و تولید.
• مسلط به یکی از نرم‌افزارهای مدل‌سازی و نقشه‌کشی.
• مسلط به یکی از نرم‌افزارهای تحلیل عددی و شبیه‌سازی.

Job description:
Overhaul unit management and supervision
Designing and drawing of required parts (supervision-implementation)
Bachelor of system input machines to adjust MTO/ BOM with a repair approach
Management of production line operations and reconstruction based on the provided schedule
Correct monitoring of the final QC and completion of operations
Participation in the implementation of the QA system designed by the planning unit
Supervision of identification and evaluation finalizing suppliers and setting up the portfolio of purchasing items from selected suppliers
joint meetings with the commercial and financial unit in order to develop intra-organizational relations and operational agility
(in growth and development projects and optimization of the current system)
collaboration Closely with the research and development unit and presenting the technical requirements of the system in the form of SM implementation/referral. Effective management of operations based on the system designed to achieve maximum efficiency and performance in the three areas of technical-time-cost.
