شرح شغل:

• آموزش کارکنان کنترل کیفیت.
• نظارت و راهنمایی تکنسین‌ها، بازرسان کنترل کیفیت و سایر کارکنان.
• شناخت استانداردها و مشخصات محصول و ابلاغ آن‌ها به تیم‌های تولید.
• ایجاد خط‌مشی‌ها و رویه‌های کنترل کیفیت.
• نظارت بر تمام مراحل توسعه محصول برای اطمینان از رعایت استانداردهای کیفیت.
• تنظیم و نظارت بر استانداردهای کیفیت تجهیزات و مواد.
• اطمینان از کارآمد بودن خطوط تولید.
• بازرسی، پذیرش یا رد محصولات نهایی.
• اطمینان از پیروی فرآیندهای تولید از مقررات قانونی و زیست محیطی.
• یافتن راه‌هایی برای بهبود فرآیند تولید تا سازمان بتواند منابع را به حداکثر رسانده و محصولات بهتری تولید کند.
• مستندسازی یافته‌ها و تغییرات گردش کار و ارائه گزارش.
• ملاقات با سایر مدیران، بازرسان، حسابرسان، مشتریان و ذی‌نفعان.

Finding ways to improve the production process so that the organization can maximize resources and produce better products. Documenting findings and workflow changes and presenting reports. Meeting with other managers, inspectors, auditors, customers and stakeholders.
