شرکت پیشگامان معماری آریا به دنبال یک کارشناس فروش با تجربه برای پیوستن به تیم خود در بابلسر است. فرد مناسب باید توانایی برقراری ارتباط موثر با مشتریان و روحیه کار تیمی را داشته باشد.

شرح شغل:

• برقراری ارتباط مستمر با مشتریان و پاسخگویی به سوالات آن‌ها.
• شناسایی و جذب مشتریان جدید و نگهداری مشتریان موجود.
• ارائه مشاوره فروش و خدمات پس از فروش به مشتریان.
• پیگیری و رسیدگی به شکایات مشتریان و ارائه راهکارهای مناسب.

• مهارت‌های روابط عمومی بالا برای ارتباط موثر با مشتریان.
• روحیه کار تیمی و همکاری با سایر بخش‌ها.
• آشنایی با CRM برای مدیریت روابط با مشتریان.

Job description:


Establishing continuous communication with customers and answering their questions.
Identifying and attracting new customers and maintaining existing customers.
Providing sales advice and after-sales services to customers.
Following up and dealing with customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions. br>
Providing satisfaction and well-being of personnel as one of The main goals of the organization are to provide a platform for growth and promotion from the lowest level to the highest level. Eligibility requirements:


Having a degree in civil engineering and architecture.
End of service card for men.
At least three years of work experience in the related field.
