شرح شغل:

• تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌های فروش، موجودی، عملکرد شعب و دیگر شاخص‌های کلیدی برای ارائه پیشنهادات جهت بهبود عملکرد.
• طراحی و توسعه داشبوردهای پویا و گزارش‌های تحلیلی با استفاده از ابزارهایی مانند Power BI و SSRS.
• شناسایی روندها، الگوها و انحرافات موجود در داده‌ها.
• همکاری نزدیک با تیم‌های مختلف از جمله فروش، مالی و منابع انسانی برای شناسایی نیازهای اطلاعاتی و بهینه‌سازی فرآیندهای گزارش‌دهی.
• اطمینان از دقت و صحت داده‌ها و انجام فرآیندهای ETL جهت انتقال و پاک‌سازی داده‌ها.

شرایط احراز:

• مدرک تحصیلی در رشته‌های مهندسی صنایع، مهندسی کامپیوتر، ریاضی یا آمار.
• مسلط به Power BI و Excel.
• توانایی حل مسئله و تحلیل وضعیت‌های پیچیده.
• مهارت در ارتباطات و تعامل با هم‌تیمی‌ها.

We are looking for a business intelligence specialist to join our data analytics team in Tehran at Ofogh Koorosh Chain Stores. If you can play a key role in optimizing analytical processes by providing business insights, we are looking forward to hearing from you.

Job Description:

• Analyze and analyze sales, inventory, branch performance, and other key indicators to provide suggestions for performance improvement.
• Design and develop dynamic dashboards and analytical reports using tools such as Power BI and SSRS.
• Identify trends, patterns, and deviations in data.
• Work closely with various teams including sales, finance, and human resources to identify information needs and optimize reporting processes.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity and perform ETL processes to transfer and cleanse data.

Requirements:

• A degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics.
• Proficient in Power BI and Excel.
• Ability to problem solve and analyze complex situations.
• Skills in communication and interaction with teammates.
