وظایف و مسئولیت ها:
• تنظیم و تدوین قراردادها با اشخاص حقیقی و حقوقی بر اساس قوانین و مقررات جاری کشور
• هماهنگی با بخش حقوقی، مالی و توسعه کسب و کار برای انطباق قراردادها با سیاست‌های سازمان و جلوگیری از ریسک‌های احتمالی
• پیگیری اجرای تعهدات قراردادی و مکاتبات لازم با طرفین قرارداد
• تهیه الحاقیه‌ها و متمم‌های قراردادی در صورت نیاز
• بایگانی و مستندسازی قراردادها در سامانه یا به صورت فیزیکی، همراه با تهیه گزارش‌های دوره‌ای برای مدیریت

شرایط احراز شغل:
• حداقل مدرک کارشناسی در رشته‌ حقوق
• حداقل 2 سال سابقه کاری در حوزه امور قراردادها
• توانایی مذاکره و برقراری ارتباط مؤثر
• دقت، نظم و مسئولیت‌پذیری بالا

Duties and responsibilities:
• Setting and formulating contracts with natural and legal persons based on current laws and regulations
• Coordination with the legal, financial and business development sector to adapt to contract policies. If needed
• Archives and documentation of contracts in the system or physically, along with periodic reports for management

Job Conditions:
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Rights
