کارشناس نظارت فنی شبکه و سایت | Network and Site Technical Expert

ماموریت شغل:

هدف این شغل نظارت بر اجرای عملیات نگهداری پیشگیرانه و پیش‌بینانه سایت‌ها، ممیزی اطلاعات مربوط به امکانات سایت‌ و کنترل سامانه‌های مرتبط در این حوزه است.

شرح شغل:

• نظارت بر اجرای عملیات نگهداری پیشگیرانه و پیش‌بینانه سایت‌ها در منطقه طبق برنامه تعریف شده به منظور حصول اطمینان اجرای صحیح آن‌ها.
• ارائه نتایج ارزیابی عملکرد استان‌ها به سایر حوزه‌های مرتبط و مسئول به منظور پیشبرد اهداف کیفی شبکه.
• برنامه‌ریزی و مدیریت پروژه‌های بهسازی و ایمن‌سازی مورد نیاز سایت‌ها و تایید انجام کار پیمانکار و صدور تائیدیه پرداخت به پیمانکار به منظور نظارت بر کار پیمانکاران.
• نظارت بر عملکرد پیمانکاران و ایجاد هماهنگی و تعامل بین استان (پیمانکار) و عملیات شبکه یا سایر حوزه‌ها در مواقع اخذ سرویس میدانی از استان به منظور جلوگیری از بروز مشکلات ناشی از عدم هماهنگی.
• نظارت بر وضعیت و روند پایداری منابع رادیویی شبکه و پیگیری رفع اُفت‌های احتمالی به منظور حفظ کیفیت شبکه.
• تحلیل گزارشات خرابی و Eventهای شبکه، ریشه‌یابی و آسیب‌شناسی و یافتن روش‌های پیشگیری از تکرار به منظور پیشگیری از مشکلات.
• نظارت بر SLAها و کیفیت عملکرد پیمانکاران به منظور اطمینان حاصل کردن از صحت عملکرد آنان.
• بررسی مستمر و تایید یا رد فنی لیست امکانات اخذ شده از استان‌های منطقه در خصوص سایت‌ها (لینک، برق و فضا) و در صورت ضرورت بررسی میدانی آن‌ها به صورت مستقیم یا از طریق پیمانکار به منظور بررسی فنی امکانات.
• نظارت بر SAM به منظور مدیریت مالکیت سایت‌ها.

• توانایی مدیریت پروژه‌های اجرایی حوزه مخابرات.

Job description:
Monitoring the implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance operations of the sites in the region according to the defined plan in order to ensure their correct implementation
Presenting the performance evaluation results of the provinces to other related and responsible areas in order to advance the quality goals of the program
Planning and managing the improvement and security projects required by the sites and confirming the performance of the contractor's work and issuing payment confirmation to the contractor in order to monitor the contractors' work
monitoring the contractors' performance and establishing coordination and interaction between the province (contractor) and network operations or other areas when obtaining field service from the province in order to prevent problems caused by lack of coordination
monitoring the status and stability of the network radio resources and following up on potential failures in order to maintain the quality of the network
analyzing failure reports and network events, root-finding and pathology, and finding methods to prevent repetition in order to prevent problems
Monitoring SLAs and the quality of contractors' performance in order to ensure the accuracy of their performance
Continuous review and approval or rejection The technical list of facilities obtained from the provinces of the region regarding the sites (link, electricity and space) and if necessary, their field investigation directly or through the contractor in order to technically check the facilities
