سرپرست پروژه | Project Supervisor

شرح شغل:

• نظارت بر فعالیت‌های پروژه و کنترل پیشرفت آن.
• بررسی و تائید صورت وضعیت‌های پیمانکاران.
• مشارکت در فرایند شناسایی ریسک‌های پروژه و طرح‌ریزی اقدامات لازم جهت مواجهه با آن‌ها.
• ارائه گزارش کار و فعالیت‌های انجام شده به مسئولین بالادستی.
• ارزیابی پروژه و نتایج آن به صورت مستمر.
• تهیه اسناد پیشرفت ماهانه و فصلی، گزارشات تحلیلی و علل تاخیر.
• محدوده پروژه: آجودانیه ـ نیاوران.

شرایط احراز:

• تسلط کامل به امور فنی و اجرایی ساختمان و مهارت‌های دفتر فنی.
• تسلط کامل بر دیتیل‌های اجرایی در تمامی مراحل ساخت.
• حداقل پنج سال سابقه کار مرتبط و مفید با سمت شغلی سرپرست کارگاه در ساختمان‌های مطرح و برند.
• توانایی برقراری ارتباط موثر با ذی‌نفعان پروژه جهت شناسایی دقیق نیازها و انتظارات آن‌ها.
• تجربه کافی در زمینه مدیریت و رهبری پروژه.
• مسلط به صورت وضعیت‌های موقت و قطعی و قیمت‌های جدید.
• مسلط به برآورد و بر حداقل رساندن هزینه‌های پروژه.
• متعهد به تحویل امور در زمان مشخص و طبق زمانبندی تعریف شده.
• روابط عمومی بالا جهت برقراری ارتباط با تیم‌های مختلف.
• مسلط به فهرست بها، شرایط عمومی پیمان و بخشنامه‌های سازمان مدیریت و برنامه‌ریزی.
• مسلط به برنامه‌ریزی و کنترل پروژه.
• مسلط به نرم‌افزارهای برنامه‌ریزی و کنترل پروژه MSP.
• مسلط به اتوکد.

Complete mastery of technical and executive matters of building and technical office skills
Complete mastery of executive details in all stages of construction
At least 5 years of relevant and useful work experience with the position The job of a workshop supervisor in prominent and brand buildings

Supervising project activities and controlling its progress
