شرح شغل:

• تحلیل و ارزیابی محیط‌های داخلی و خارجی شرکت.
• تدوین و توسعه استراتژی‌های سازمانی.
• شناسایی و ارزیابی شکاف‌های استراتژیک و ارائه راهکارهای مناسب برای رفع آن‌ها.
• هماهنگی و همکاری با تیم‌های مختلف برای اجرایی کردن استراتژی‌ها و پایش عملکرد آن‌ها.
• ارائه گزارش‌های جامع از پیشرفت و تحلیل‌های استراتژیک به مدیران ارشد.

شرایط احراز:

• مدرک تحصیلی در رشته مهندسی صنایع.
• مسلط به مدل‌های مدیریت استراتژیک از جمله تحلیل زنجیره ارزش، تجزیه و تحلیل SWOT، کارت امتیازی متوازن و نقشه استراتژی.
• تجربه کار در زمینه مدیریت استراتژیک و مشاوره مدیریت.
• توانایی بالا در تحلیل داده‌ها و ارائه راهکارهای نوآورانه.
• مهارت‌های ارتباطی و رهبری موثر.

Sozan Gas Manufacturing and Industrial Company is looking for a strategy manager who can provide effective strategic solutions to improve performance and competitiveness. This role focuses on designing and implementing effective strategies to achieve the company's long-term goals.

Responsibilities:
- Analyzing and evaluating the company's internal and external environments
- Formulating and developing strategies Organizational
- Identifying and evaluating strategic gaps and providing suitable solutions to solve them
- Coordination and cooperation with different teams to implement strategies and monitor their performance
- Providing comprehensive reports of progress and analysis strategic to senior managers
