مسئولیت‌ها:

• ثبت‌نام مشتریان در پلتفرم و ترغیب مشتریان فعلی و بالقوه جهت فعال نمودن حساب کاربریشان.
• حل‌وفصل شکایات و مشکلات مشتریان به‌صورت سریع و کارآمد.
• ارائه بازخورد به شرکت در مورد رضایت مشتری، عملکرد محصول و فعالیت‌های رقابتی.
• ارائه، تبلیغ و فروش پلتفرم B2B دیجی‌سل به فروشگاه‌ها.
• ایجاد، توسعه و حفظ روابط موثر با مشتری.
• برقراری ارتباط با مشتریان به صورت حضوری.
• تکمیل گزارش‌های فروش.
• هماهنگی با سایر بخش‌ها برای اطمینان از رضایت مشتری.

شرایط احراز:

• تجربه کاری به عنوان نماینده فروش میدانی در بازار موبایل.
• توانایی ایجاد روابط تجاری حرفه‌ای و سازنده.
• سابقه در فروش موبایل و داشتن شبکه‌های ارتباطی در بازار موبایل.

Responsibilities:

Register customers on the platform and encourage current and potential customers to activate their accounts
Resolve customer complaints and problems quickly and efficiently
Provide feedback to the company about satisfaction Customer, product performance and competitive activities
Presenting, promoting and selling DigiCell's B2B platform to stores
Creating, developing and maintaining effective customer relationships
Communicating with customers in person.
Completing the report Hi Sales
Coordination with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Working experience as a field sales representative in the mobile market
Ability to establish professional and productive business relationships< Experience in selling mobile phones and having communication networks in the mobile market
