مسئولیت ها:

تهیه WBS ، نمودارهای گانت و برنامه های دقیق پروژه در سطح پیشرفته.
کنترل و نظارت پیشرفته پروژه برای اطمینان از اجرای موفقیت آمیز پروژه. سطح پیشرفته.
مدیریت و هماهنگی فعالیتهای تست و نصب در سطح پیشرفته.
نظارت بر نیازهای پروژه و وظایف در JIRA با مهارت پیشرفته و بهترین روشها در استفاده از JIRA برای ردیابی و مدیریت پروژه.
تجربه دستی با پروژه Microsoft (MSP) برای برنامه ریزی و ردیابی پروژه از چارچوب های PMBOK ، BABOK و ITIL. تعامل با ذینفعان.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing WBS, Gantt Charts, and detailed project schedules at an advanced level.
• Monitoring to ensure successful project execution.
• Preparing comprehensive reports with in-depth analysis at an advanced level.
• Managing and coordinating testing and installation activities at an advanced level.
• Monitoring project requirements and tasks in Jira with advanced proficiency.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency and best practices in using Jira for project tracking and management.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project (MSP) for project scheduling and tracking.
• Expertise in SCRUM methodology and Agile project management.
• Practical knowledge and application of PMBOK, BABOK, and ITIL frameworks.
• Effective performance management skills and the ability to drive project success.
• Familiarity with Power BI and Primavera for data analysis and project planning.
• Excellent communication skills for clear and effective interaction with stakeholders.
• Strong teamwork abilities, with a focus on collaboration and cross-functional coordination.
