• توانایی مدیریت برنامه‌ریزی تولید، کنترل منابع و امکانات مورد نیاز پروژه‌ای که در اختیار دارند.
• توانایی تدوین و طراحی زمان‌بندی‌های مناسب و کارآمد برای بخش‌های صنعتی.
• توانایی رهبری و کنترل کیفی عملکردهای کارخانه.
• توانایی کنترل، سرپرستی، برنامه‌ریزی و ارزیابی بخش‌های تولید.
• توانایی برآورد تغذیه خط.
