Accounting Specialist (consultancy contract)

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or professional co-worker to gain hands-on experience in the travel and tourism industry

Responsibilities


 Assist in issuing invoices and processing payments
 Perform account reconciliations and handle discrepancies in financial accounts
 Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
 Support the team with financial analysis and reporting
 Utilize Excel for various financial tasks, including data entry, analysis, and reporting
 Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements


 Completed degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets, use formulas, and generate reports
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
 Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
 Good understanding of financial principles and accounting practices
 Prior experience or coursework in finance or accounting is a plus
