کارشناس کنترل کیفیت | Quality Control Expert

شرایط احراز:

• تجربه در پروژه‌های نفت و گاز و آشنایی با فرآیندهای مهندسی، خرید و ساخت این پروژه‌ها.
• آشنایی کامل با مراحل تست و بازرسی تجهیزات برق و ابزاردقیق و اشراف به استانداردهای مرتبط در این حوزه به ویژه استاندارد IEC.
• مسلط به مدارک کنترل کیفی بسته‌های خرید و فرآیندهای بررسی و نهایی‌سازی مدارک ITP.
• مهارت در تعامل با سازندگان جهت نظارت بر فرآیندهای بازرسی مواد اولیه، کنترل‌های حین تولید و تست‌های نهایی تجهیزات برق و ابزاردقیق.
• توانایی کار با بازرسان شخص ثالث و نمایندگان کارفرما و مشاور پروژه جهت بررسی گزارشات بازرسی و پیگیری‌های لازم در خصوص پانچ‌های احتمالی.
• تسلط کافی به مدارک فنی و مهندسی بسته‌های خرید برق و ابزار دقیق پروژه جهت به‌کارگیری در طول مراحل تست و بازرسی.
• توانایی انجام کار تیمی در غالب گروه‌های کنترل کیفی پروژه‌های متفاوت و هماهنگی با سایر واحدها.

1. Having experience in oil and gas projects and familiarity with the engineering, purchasing and construction processes of these projects.
2. Complete familiarity with the testing and inspection procedures of electrical equipment and precision instruments and familiarity with related standards in this field, especially the IEC standard.
3. Mastering the quality control documents of purchase packages and the review and finalization processes of ITP documents.
4. Having skills in interacting with manufacturers to monitor raw material inspection processes, controls during production and final tests of electrical equipment and precision instruments.
5. Ability to work with third-party inspectors and employer representatives and project consultants to review inspection reports and necessary follow-ups regarding possible punches.
6. Adequate mastery of the technical and engineering documents of electricity purchase packages and project instruments to be used during the testing and inspection stages.
7. The ability to do team work in the majority of quality control groups of different projects and coordination with other units.
