وظایف شغلی

تسلط کامل به سامانه "ستاد ایران" و نحوه عضویت وندور لیست های دولتی
جستجو، مذاکره و هماهنگی جهت برقراری ارتباط با شرکت‌ها و سازمان‌های مختلف و برگزاری جلسات با مشتریان
تکمیل و پایش اطلاعات جهت جمع آوری پاکات مناقصات( الف ، ب و ج ) و اسناد ارزیابی کیفی طبق چک لیست مربوطه
جمع آوری و ارائه پیشنهاد فنی و مالی در مناقصات
درخواست صدور ضمانت نامه ها و ابطال پس از اتمام مناقصه
جمع آوری اسناد جهت شرکت در مناقصات
مهارتهای مورد نیاز

آشنایی با سامانه ستاد ایران
پیگیری استعلام‌ها و مناقصات دولتی و خصوصی
مسلط به روند جمع آوری پاکات مناقصات و توانایی ارزیابی کیفی و کنترل مدارک
داشتن قابلیت مدیریت زمان و اولویت‌بندی امور
تسلط کامل بر امور مناقصات و مذاکرات و پیگیری ان تا حصول نتیجه
گزارش‌دهی از روند امور مناقصات و قراردادهای جاری شرکت
توانایی ایجاد ارتباط موثر با مشتریان و پیگیری مستمر امور
مسلط به قوانین برگزاری مناقصات و ایین‌نامه‌های مربوط به آنها
شناخت مشتریان و کارفرمایان و توانمندی ایجاد ارتباط با آنان
مسلط به دستورالعملهای نحوه ارائه پیشنهاد قیمت
مهارت مناسب در نوشتن گزارش های مدیریتی و نامه نگاری اداری
آشنایی با انواع ضمانت‌نامه‌های بانکی
تسلط به قرارداد های پیمانکاری
روابط عمومی بالا / نتیجه‌گرا / تفکر تحلیلی
مهارت‌های ارتباطی و فن بیان در مذاکرات
سابقه کار در زمینه مناقصات
دارای روحیه کار تیمی
ارتباط و همکاری با تیم لید واحد و مدیریت مربوطه

Job Duties

Complete mastery of the "Iran Headquarters" system and how to join vendors and government lists
Search, negotiation and coordination to communicate with various companies and organizations and hold meetings with clients
Completion and monitoring information to collect tender envelopes (a, b and c) and quality assessment documents according to the relevant checklist
collecting and presenting technical and financial proposals in tenders
requesting the issuance of guarantees and revocation after the tender
Collection of documents to participate in tenders
Required skills
Familiar with Iran's headquarters system
Following inquiries and public and private tenders
Proficient in the process of collecting tender envelopes and ability Quality assessment and control of documents
Having the ability to manage time and prioritize matters
Complete mastery over tenders and negotiations and follow them up until the result is achieved
Reporting on the process of tenders and current company contracts
Ability to create Effective communication with customers and continuous follow-up
Proficient in the rules of holding tenders and their related regulations
Knowing customers and employers and the ability to establish relationships with them
Proficient in the instructions on how to submit a price offer
Skill Suitable for writing management reports and administrative letters
familiarity with various types of bank guarantees
mastery of contracting contracts
high public relations/result oriented/analytical thinking
communication skills and expression techniques in Negotiations
Work history in the field of tenders
Having the spirit of teamwork
Communication and cooperation with the unit lead team and related management
