کارشناس فروش تلفنی | Sales Specialist

شرح شغل:

• برقراری تماس‌های تلفنی روزانه با مشتریان فعلی و جدید.
• ارائه محصولات و خدمات به مشتریان و تشویق به خرید.
• پاسخگویی به سؤالات مشتریان و حل مشکلات آن‌ها.
• ثبت و پیگیری سفارشات مشتریان.
• محافظت از اطلاعات مشتریان و حفظ حریم خصوصی آن‌ها.
• کار با تیم فروش برای دستیابی به اهداف کمپانی.

شرایط احراز:

• حداقل دو سال سابقه فروش.
• مسلط به مایکروسافت آفیس.
• علاقه‌مند به فروش و بازاریابی.

Job Description:

Make daily phone calls to existing and new customers.
Provide products and services to customers and encourage them to purchase.
Answer customer questions and resolve their problems.
Record and track customer orders.
Protect customer information and maintain their privacy.
Work with sales team to achieve company goals.
Qualifications:

At least two years of sales experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Interested in sales and marketing.
