شرح شغل:

• تحلیل و بهبود جریان‌های کاری و فرآیندهای تولید برای افزایش کارایی و کاهش هزینه‌ها.
• همکاری با تیم‌های مهندسی و تولید برای شناسایی و اجرای فرصت‌های بهبود.
• استفاده از ابزارهای مهندسی برای پایش و ارزیابی عملکرد سیستم‌های تولیدی.
• طراحی و بهینه‌سازی سیستم‌های تولیدی و فرآیندهای عملیات.
• تدوین گزارش‌ها و مستندات مرتبط با بهره‌وری و عملکرد فرآیندها.

شرایط احراز:

• نداشتن مشکل برای تردد از دفتر مرکزی به شکوهیه قم (کارخانه).
• مدرک کارشناسی در رشته مهندسی صنایع.
• توانمندی در تحلیل داده‌ها و استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای مرتبط.
• توانایی برقراری ارتباط موثر و کار در تیم.
• تجربه قبلی در بهبود فرآیندها و سیستم‌های تولیدی مزیت محسوب می‌شود.

Nirov Motor, as the largest manufacturer in the motorcycle industry, is looking for an industrial engineering expert in Tehran. This position requires a person with strong analysis and the ability to improve production processes and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Analyzing and improving work flows and production processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaboration With the engineering and production teams to identify and implement improvement opportunities
- Using engineering tools to monitor and evaluate the performance of production systems
- Designing and optimizing production systems and operation processes
- Compiling reports and documents related to the productivity and performance of the processes
- no problem to travel from the central office to Shokohiye Qom (factory)
qualifications:
- having a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering
- ability in data analysis and the use of related software
- Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team
- Previous experience in improving production processes and systems is an advantage
