• مذاکره با قراردادها و تعیین بودجه‌ها برای اجرای بهینه رویدادها.
• ارزیابی نتایج رویدادها و ایجاد گزارش‌های تحلیلی برای بهبود مستمر.
• مدیریت زمان و منابع برای اطمینان از بهره‌وری و کارایی در اجرای رویدادها.
• ایجاد استراتژی‌های خلاق برای افزایش مشارکت و تعامل در رویدادها.

Mika Mall, located in Kish, is looking for an experienced event manager for a senior management role in the marketing, advertising, market research and branding category. The main purpose of this role is to guide and manage various events in the public, recreational and sports spaces of the mall and ensure their successful implementation.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and planning various events Paying attention to the needs and business goals of the company
- Guiding the executive teams in setting up and implementing the details of the event
- Effective communication with customers and suppliers to ensure quality services
- Negotiating contracts and setting budgets for Optimal execution of events
- Evaluation of event results and creation of analytical reports for continuous improvement
- Time and resource management to ensure productivity and efficiency in the execution of events
- Creation of creative strategies to increase participation and interaction in Events

- Degree in Media and Communication
