کارشناس پشتیبانی فروش | Sales Support Expert

شرح شغل:

• پشتیبانی از تیم فروش در فرآیندهای مختلف از جمله تهیه و ارسال مستندات و گزارش‌ها.
• پیگیری تمامی فرایند فروش.
• ثبت اسناد موجود در تمامی سامانه های مربوطه.
• استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای مختلف از جمله اکسل برای ثبت و پیگیری داده‌های فروش.
• رسیدگی و پیگیری شکایات یا مشکلات مشتریان.
• مدیریت و نظم‌دهی به اطلاعات مشتریان و سوابق فروش.

شرایط احراز:

• تجربه کاری مرتبط در زمینه فروش و پشتیبانی.
• مسلط به اکسل و توانایی کار با نرم‌افزارهای دیگر آفیس.
• توانایی برقراری ارتباط موثر و مهارت‌های قوی در حل مسئله.
• یادگیری و دقت بالا.

Arvin Tejarat Aindeh is looking for a sales coordination expert in Tehran. A person who can accurately, effectively communicate and establish strong relationships with customers and the sales team, support sales processes and after-sales services.

Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team in various processes from including preparation and sending of documents and reports.
- Follow up of the entire sales process.
- Register documents available in all relevant systems. .
- Dealing with and following up customer complaints or problems.
- Managing and organizing customer information and sales records.

Competencies:
- Having relevant work experience in the field of sales and support. .
- Mastery of Excel and the ability to work with other office tools.
- The ability to communicate effectively and strong problem-solving skills. Relevant experience is very important.
