ما در دپارتمان ناوگان دیجی‌اکسپرس در جستجوی مدیر ارشدی هستیم که در جذب، آموزش، نگهداشت و مدیریت عملکرد رانندگان در سرویس‌های لجستیکی شرکت به ما کمک کند و با یافتن راه‌حل‌هایی سطح سرویس را بهبود ببخشد و نقاط بهبود برای کاهش هزینه‌ها و به حداکثر رساندن سود را شناسایی کند. همچنین در تعیین استراتژی‌های مرتبط با اهداف واحد ناوگان نقشی پر رنگ ایفا کند.
وظایف اصلی:
- استخدام، تامین، آموزش و مدیریت رانندگان و ناوگان.
- تلاش برای بهینه‌سازی ناوگان و مدیریت و کنترل هزینه‌ها.
- ارائه طرح‌های انگیزشی و نگهداشت ناوگان و مدیریت باشگاه رانندگان.
- مدیریت عملکرد ناوگان و توسعه استراتژی‌هایی در راستای بهبود آن.
- نظارت بر برنامه‌های آموزشی ناوگان و مدیریت آن‌ها.
- برنامه‌ریزی ظرفیت جذب و تامین راننده و ناوگان.
- طراحی و پیاده‌سازی سیاست‌هایی برای حداقلی کردن چالش‌های موجود با رانندگان و ناوگان.
- تعامل سازنده با تیم‌های عملیاتی و برنامه‌ریزی در راستای بهبود ارائه خدمات.
- مدیریت تیم کال سنتر و آموزش.
- تهیه، ارائه و پیاده‌سازی پروژه‌های صرفه‌جویی با هماهنگی واحدهای مرتبط.
شرایط احراز:
- تجربه کار در فضای عملیاتی و لجستیک و کار با تیم‌های ناوگان و رانندگان.
- شناخت کافی از بازار در حوزه لجستیک و توانایی طراحی و پیاده‌سازی استراتژی‌هایی منطبق بر شرایط.
- توانایی حل مسئله در شرایط بحرانی و اخذ تضمیمات پیچیده.
- مسلط به ابزارهای نوین تحلیل و استفاده از دیتا و تلاش برای اخذ تصمیمات بر پایه دیتا.
- مدرک تحصیلی در رشته‌های مدیریت زنجیره تامین یا سایر رشته‌های مرتبط.
