شرح شغل و وظایف:

• برنامه‌ریزی تولید، تامین، فروش و انبار با توجه به نیاز مجموعه و استراتژی‌های سازمان.
• برآورد منابع زمانی، ظرفیت تولید و نیروی انسانی مورد نیاز برای تولید محصولات.
• کنترل راندمان خطوط تولید، اضافه کاری، ضایعات و غیره.
• تعریف حداقل موجودی مواد و ملزومات.

شرایط احراز:

• آشنایی با ابزارها و تکنیک‌های بهینه‌سازی تولید مانند برنامه‌ریزی ظرفیت، مدیریت موجودی و روش‌های پیش‌بینی تقاضا.
• مهارت‌های تحلیلی، حل مسئله و تصمیم‌گیری.
• مسلط به ظرفیت‌سنجی و بالانس خطوط تولید.
• مسلط به فرآیندهای کنترل موجودی.
• مسلط به بررسی محدودیت‌ها در سیستم‌های موجودی (محدودیت‌های فضای انبار، سرمایه و غیره).
• محاسبه ذخیره احتیاطی و نقطه سفارش (ROP).
• مسلط به برنامه‌ریزی مواد.
• مسلط به برنامه‌ریزی زمان در تولید.
• مسلط به ارائه گزاراشات مدیریتی.
• مسلط به مهارت‌های MPS وMRP در برنامه‌ریزی خط تولید.
• مسلط به برنامه‌ریزی سرانگشتی منابع.
• آشنایی با مدیریت برنامه فروش و عملیات.

Familiarity with production optimization tools and techniques, such as capacity planning, inventory management, and demand forecasting methods
Analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills
Proficient in capacity measurement and balance of production lines
Proficient in Inventory control processes
Proficient in examining limitations in inventory systems (limitations of warehouse space, capital, etc.) Proficient in time planning in production
Proficient in presenting management reports
Proficient in MPS and MRP skills in production line planning
Proficient in resource planning
Familiar with sales and operations program management
