شرح شغل:

• تدوین و اجرای راهبردهای برندسازی و بازاریابی برای محصولات آرایشی.
• مدیریت و نظارت بر کمپین‌های تبلیغاتی و بازاریابی.
• تحقیق و تحلیل بازار برای شناسایی فرصت‌های جدید تجاری.
• همکاری با تیم‌های طراحی، فروش و تولید برای اطمینان از هماهنگی در توسعه محصول.
• نظارت و مدیریت بودجه مربوط به فعالیت‌های بازاریابی و تبلیغاتی.
• ارزیابی عملکرد برند و تهیه گزارش‌های مرتبط به مدیریت ارشد.
• توسعه و حفظ روابط با شرکای تجاری و رسانه‌ها.
• تجزیه‌وتحلیل بازار رقابتی.
• تدوین ایده‌های بازار و خواسته‌های مشتریان.
• مانیتورینگ روندهای بازار.
• همکاری موثر با طراحان و تولیدکنندگان محتوا جهت همگام بودن محتوای تولید شده با استراتژی برند.
• سنجش و گزارش‌دهی برنامه‌های بازاریابی و ارزیابی آن‌ها.
• ارائه طرح‌های پیشنهادی جهت رشد فروش.
• بررسی روند فروش محصولات شرکت، درصد پوشش و شناسایی پتانسیل رشد فروش.

شرایط احراز:

• تجربه کاری مرتبط در مدیریت برند یا بازاریابی در صنعت آرایشی.
• مهارت‌های قوی در ارتباطات و توانایی‌های تحلیل بازار.
• تجربه در مدیریت پروژه و توانایی کار در محیط‌های چند وظیفه‌ای.
• مهارت در تدوین استراتژی‌های بازاریابی و اجرای آن‌ها.
• خلاق و نوآور.
• آشنایی با زبان انگلیسی.
• روحیه کار تیمی.
• توانمندی حل مسئله و فرایندسازی.
• تفکر تحلیلی و استراتژیک.
• حداقل سه تا شش سال سابقه کاری در موقعیت شغلی مرتبط.
• توانایی پیشبرد فعالیت تیمی و مدیریت پروژه.
• آشنایی با اصول مارکتینگ و عوامل دیجیتال مارکتینگ.
• مسلط به ااصول برندینگ.

A commercial manufacturing company is looking for a cosmetics brand manager. This role includes complete brand management and marketing strategies for the development and promotion of the company's cosmetic products in the market of Tehran and other cities.


Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing branding and marketing strategies for cosmetic products
- Managing and monitoring advertising and marketing campaigns
- Market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with design, sales and production teams to ensure coordination in product development
- Monitoring and managing the budget related to marketing and advertising activities
- Evaluating brand performance and preparing relevant reports for senior management
- Developing and maintaining relationships with business partners and the media
