سرپرست برنامه ریزی تولید | Production Planning Supervisor

شرح وظایف:

• تدوین روش‌ها و دستورالعمل‌ها.
• برنامه‌ریزی تولید، کنترل موجودی، زمان‌سنجی و تهیه برنامه هفتگی و ماهانه تولید.
• نیازسنجی و کنترل موجودی مواد اولیه.
• تعیین نقاط سفارش و سفارش‌گذاری مواد اولیه و پیگیری تأمین از واحد بازرگانی و تدارکات.
• کنترل تولید و هماهنگی با واحد تولید جهت اجرایی شدن برنامه تولید.
• تهیۀ گزارش از درصد تحقق برنامه تولید و دلایل انحراف از برنامه.
• تهیۀ گزارش از موجودی مواد اولیه و میزان انحراف از موجودی.
• تهیۀ گزارش از درخواست‌های خرید نشده.

شرایط احراز:

• مدرک کارشناسی یا کارشناسی ارشد در رشتۀ مهندسی صنایع ترجیحاً زنجیره تامین.
• مسلط به مایکروسافت آفیس به ویژه اکسل.
• مسلط به SAP.
• توانایی انجام کار گروهی.
• داشتن تجربه در صنعت دارو یا بهداشتی اولویت محسوب می‌شود.

Description of duties:
Developing methods and guidelines.
Production planning, inventory control, timing and preparation of weekly and monthly production schedule.
Need assessment and inventory control of raw materials.
Determining the order points and ordering raw materials and following up on supply from the commercial and procurement unit.
Production control and coordination with the production unit to implement the production plan.
Preparing a report on the percentage of realization of the production plan and the reasons for deviation from the plan.
Preparation of a report on raw material inventory and the amount of deviation from the inventory.
Preparation of reports of unpurchased requests.
Skills and education:
Having a bachelor's or master's degree in industrial engineering, preferably supply chain.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Proficient in SAP.
Ability to do group work.
Having experience in the pharmaceutical or health industry is considered a priority.
