شرح شغل:

• نظارت بر اجرای راهبردها و سیاست‌های شرکت در زمینه هتل‌داری و خدمات مسافرتی.
• مدیریت و بهبود فرآیندهای داخلی و بهینه‌سازی منابع.
• توسعه و اجرای برنامه‌های بازاریابی و فروش جهت افزایش بهره‌وری و جذب مشتریان بیشتر.
• همکاری با سایر مدیران و تیم‌ها به منظور بهبود کیفیت خدمات و رضایت مشتریان.
• ارزیابی عملکرد کارکنان و ارائه بازخورد و آموزش‌های لازم.

شرایط احراز:

• حداقل سه سال سابقه در آژانس‌های مطرح داخلی یا آژانس‌هایی با صد نفر پرسنل.
• داشتن مدارک جهت سمت مدیرعاملی آژانس در گردشگری.
• تجربه موفق در مدیریت و رهبری تیم‌های کاری در صنعت هتل‌داری، سفر و گردشگری.
• مهارت‌های قوی در حل مسئله و مدیریت پروژه.
• قابلیت برقراری ارتباط موثر و رهبری تیم‌های متنوع.
• آشنایی با تکنولوژی‌های نوین و نرم‌افزارهای مرتبط با هتل‌داری و گردشگری.

The deputy CEO of the airline agency in the development of Darya hotel industry in Tehran is responsible for coordinating and supervising the daily operations and implementing the company's policies. This role requires the ability to manage the team, improve processes and increase the level of productivity in the dynamic and challenging environment of the travel and tourism industry.

Responsibilities:
- Monitoring the implementation of the company's strategies and policies in the field Hotel management and travel services
- Management and improvement of internal processes and optimization of resources
- Development and implementation of marketing and sales programs to increase productivity and attract more customers
- Communication and cooperation with other managers and team in order to improve service quality and customer satisfaction

-At least 3 years of experience in prominent domestic agencies or agencies with 100 personnel
-Having documents for The position of managing director of an agency in tourism
